Product Returns & Refunds:

All products listed on are sourced from the top best manufacturers within and outside India. All our products are as per market standards and that we maintain a high level of vigilance on the quality of products delivered to our customers. All our products are subject to follow a stringent quality control process thereby ensuring that there are minimum mishappenings and slippages during the supply management product life cycle. Although we maintain high quality standards for all our products in exceptional cases beyond our control if there are any issues faced by the recipient of the product like missing parts, broken parts, inappropriate product delivery etc then we take such cases on  most priority as and when reported to us. 


To mitigate such unfortunate events that are beyond our control we have appropriate exchange and refund policies and procedures in place to overcome any issues faced by our customers. In case of receipt of a damaged/pilfered or incorrect product we encourage our users to make a video or click images of the products received and send to us on our customer care number 730-319-8577 or email us the details at and that we will take it forward from there. In case the product meets our standards like product has to be in an unused state, original bill and package is available and that receipt of any such defective product is reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product then such cases would be considered under our returns policy. In case there are missing parts for any product then the same would be delivered to the customer free of cost (FOC).


In case of a refund we request our customers to send us the product back to our warehouse at Plot No-5, Jai Vihar, Baprola, Najafgarh Nangloi Road, New Delhi-110043. On receipt of the product we will examine the product and if found suitable a refund would be processed to original form of payment (FOP) within 10-14 business days.


In case our customers are in possession of a defective product then the same is to be sent back to us at Plot No-5, Jai Vihar, Baprola, Najafgarh Nangloi Road, New Delhi-110043 and upon realization of such a returned product customers may choose to purchase another product within the same monetary capacity. We will send the new product to the designated shipping address.

Upon receipt of any such complaints, shall verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint and if complaint is found to be genuine then babykarts would either arrange for a replacement or a refund on case to case basis.

In order to return any products sold through the Website, You are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:

a) Please notify babykarts of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 24-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 24-hours, babykarts shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

b) Products should be “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used;

c) Babykarts will notify You regarding the return of the damaged/defective product and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area on receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with BabyKarts

d) Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;

e) It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;

f) The returned products are subject to verification and checks by babykarts in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.

Refunds: In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by BabyKarts the value of such product, as originally paid by You during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and babykarts or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:

a) Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by Babykarts

b) For Cash on Delivery payments, You will be provided with a refund cheque or usingan online transfer;

c) A promo code once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or BabyKarts

Babykarts request’s You to check the product before accepting shipment of any product and ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform babykarts at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by babykarts depending on the nature and category of the product and in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, babykarts reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by babykarts in this regard.
